聚酰亚胺/聚四氟乙烯复合滤料的发泡涂层性能

摘 要:以聚四氟乙烯乳液为涂层剂主要原料,采用泡沫涂层法对聚酰亚胺(P84)纤维/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维复合滤料进行表面涂层处理,研究了涂层对复合滤料的结构及性能的影响。X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,经涂层处理后,P84/PTFE复合滤料表面形成一层致密多孔的聚四氟乙烯涂层。差示扫描量热分析和热失重分析结果表明,复合滤料经涂层处理后仍保持原有良好的热稳定性。对复合滤料的热收缩性和耐化学性研究表明,涂层处理明显改善了复合滤料在高温下的尺寸稳定性,同时也提高了其耐酸、耐碱性能。[著者文摘]
