四针状氧化锌晶须/聚四氟乙烯复合材料的电气性能研究

摘 要:采用冷压烧结的成型工艺制备了四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,研究了不同掺杂含量对复合材料的介电性能及抗静电性能的影响。结果表明:随着晶须填料掺杂含量的增加,复合材料的介电常数增大,但介电强度和绝缘电阻率下降;复合材料的电场强度-电流密度(E-J)曲线对应的场强阈值随着T-ZnOw填料含量的增加均降低,并且当T-ZnOw的质量分数为30%时,复合材料的电阻率为1.58×1010Ω.m,从而复合材料就能以较高的暂态电导率把累积在表面的静电荷释放掉。[著者文摘]

Electrical Properties of T-ZnO_w/PTFE CompositesZhao Kai,Dang ZhiMin,1.State Key Lab of Chemical Resources Engineering,Beijing University of Chemical Technology,Beijing 100029,China;2.Department of Polymer Science and Engineering,School of Chemistry and Biological Engineering,University of Science & Technology Beijing,Beijing 100083,ChinaAbstract:Tetrapod-shaped zinc oxide whisker/polytetrafluoroethylene(T-ZnOw/PTFE) composites were prepared via cold-pressing and sintering process.The effects of T-ZnOw fillers content on the dielectric and antistatic properties were explored.The results show that the permittivity of composites increase while the dielectric strength and insulating resistivity decrease with the increase of T-ZnOw fillers content.The threshold field corresponding with E-J curves reduces.Furthermore,when the T-ZnOw content reach 30%,the insulating resistivity of the composites is 1.58×1010 Ω·m.Therefore,the composites can release the static charges accumulated on the surface of such molded parts by higher transient conductivity.[著者文摘]
