高性能聚四氟乙烯膜裂纤维的制造方法及其应用

摘 要:简单介绍了国外聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维的制备方法,重点介绍了一种国产PTFE膜裂纤维的制造方法及其制品在不同领域的应用。通过对不同的影响因素进行研究,确定了PTFE长纤维和短纤维膜裂技术加工方法的工艺流程。研究表明,膜裂后可得到较高的合适的取向度,纤维的强度有显著提高,长纤维抗拉强度达2.9 cN/dtex以上,比国内同类产品高1倍以上,达到了国际同类产品的先进水平。[著者文摘]
