宝钢电厂3号机组电除尘器改布袋除尘器滤料选用探析

摘　要:为实现低粉尘排放浓度来改善大气环境质量,近年来电厂燃煤机组掀起了电除尘器改造成为布袋除尘器(简称"电改袋")的热潮。电改袋成败与否的核心因素之一就是滤料的选择正确与否。通过一系列实测数据并结合理论分析,介绍了宝钢电厂3号机组电改袋工程的背景和布袋运行所处的特定工况条件;分析对比了几种可供选择的滤料,着重分析并阐述了选用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)基布/聚苯硫醚(PPS)超细面层滤料的原因及其结构形式、性能和应用效果。实际运行效果证明采用超细面层滤料实现低浓度排放的可行性,展望了该种滤料在电厂燃煤锅炉除尘上的应用前景。
