摘　要:四氟乙烯中各种微量气体成分及其含量大小的分析,一直是影响和制约聚合物质量的因素之一。随着国内外四氟加工行业对聚四氟乙烯质量要求的不断提高,为适应客户要求四氟乙烯分析的灵敏度和准确度要不断改进提高,经过一定时期的摸索优化分析方法,确定了较准确可靠的分析方法,从而取得了可喜的效果。[著者文摘]

The Improvement of Chromatographic Analysis for Dectecting Trace Impurities in TFE Gas for PolymerizationWang QiuliShandong Huafu Fluoro-Chemical Co.,Ltd.,Jinan 250031,ShandongAbstract:The previous analysis procedure to detect impurities composition and their contents for all kinds of trace gases in TFE gas was founded not satisfied,therefore their presence always influences the quality of subsequent obtained polymer.With the improving requirements to PTFE quality from processing industry,the sensitivity and accuracy of analysis method of TFE for making PTFE has to be updated.With great effort in a period of time to grope and optimize the analysis method,a more accurate and reliable method of the analysis was determined,which has achieved great success in upgrading PTFE quality.[著者文摘]
