一种提高氟树脂开裂临界膜厚的技术

摘 要:采用SOL-GEL技术将纳米SiO2溶胶分子加入到PTFE乳液中,制成PTFE/SiO2复合薄膜。以SiO2为改性剂的PTFE薄膜的临界膜厚达到45μm,大大提高了涂层的耐磨性,并且其耐盐水时间超过72h。[著者文摘]
