摘　　要：以环氧树脂为基料，聚四氟乙烯为填料制备了常温固化防粘涂料。通过正交试验筛选出最佳涂料配方。试验结果表明，在10g环氧树脂中分散1．5g聚四氟乙烯时，涂层具有优异的防粘效果，涂层硬度可达2H以上，附着力为0～1级。

Air- curing anti -sticking coating is prepared with epoxy resin as binder and polytetrafluoroethylene as filler. The optimized formulation is obtained by orthogonal test. The test resuhs, show that the coating has excellent anti - sticking effect, hardness （higher than 2H） and adhesion （up to 0 - 1） while 1.5 g polytetrafluoroethylene is dispersed in 10 g epoxy resin.
